Some Jaden funnies!

My 5 year old is really funny lately. I need to write down a few things before I forget them.

The other day the boys and I were watching a car show on tv, they were showing off these old cars. They were showing this one white one with some blue flames and here is how our conversation went.
Jaden- That car is really ugly!
Me- I think its cute, I love white cars.
Jaden- Yeah, I like it too. I just didn't want you to know I was sweet on it.

LOL, I have no idea where he comes up with this stuff.

Then the other day he was outside and ringing the doorbell which he knows I don't like him to do. So I open the door and start lecturing him about it and he says "I just wanted to come and tell you how pretty you look today."

Then later on he hits brady with a blow up swim toy and I put him in timeout and ask him why he hit Brady and he says " Because I love you." He is just laying it on thick lately. LOL

There is more but I waited too long to write them down and now forgot. If I remeber I will update.

Busy Day!

I left for the gym the usual time and did 40 minutes of cardio today and my upper weight training. I hate the upper weight training but don't mind the lower so I am happy tomorrow is a lower day. I got done and was expecting to find Jenna sitting in timeout again in the daycare but to my surprise she did awesome and was very good today. No timeout for Jenna, Yeah! I think she saved all her naughtiness for home though. The boys had left their half eaten bowls of cereal on the table and she started eating them. That's fine I let her do that while I started dishes. Well I turn around and she had dumped them out all over the table and was standing on the table splashing in the milk. Then after I clean every thing up and put away all the toys into their containgers she goes and dumps out all the containers. I swear this child is enough to drive someone crazy. She was supposed to be my sweet quiet little girl and has turned out to be very loud and wild. Just my luck, LOL. Hopefully this means she will be a very well behaved teenager.

Great Day!

Alright well maybe its not a Great Day outside considering its still raining but it was my best day yet at the gym. I did my bottom weight training and then did 50 minutes of cardio. The most I have ever done. Yeah! It feels great!
Queen of the timeouts has kept her title. Yes, my sweet little girl was in timeout again today at the gym and she refuses to apologize so she is in there until I get her. Then we got home and she threw a toy at her brother and was put in time out again. I did end up getting a Sorry out of her after about 10 minutes though so maybe she will start telling the ladies it at the gym too. My boys are have been really good there lately, I wish they would act that way at home. On to my menu

Breakfast- Cornflakes and milk
Lunch- 2 cheese sandwiches with sunchips.

supper- Tatortot casserole

Back to the gym after a long weekend!

I woke up to a cold and rainy day, I really didn't want to go out but made myself get to the gym. It has been two days since I went and was missing it. I loaded up all 3 kids and out we went. I ended up having to put the boys carseats back in because I forgot Jimmy had used them for the truck. We got there and I did my 5 minute warmup, followed by my upper weight training. Then I went on the elliptical for 35 minutes and went 3 miles and burned 300 calories. Then on to 5 minutes on the exercise bike just to try it out and a cool down on the tredmill. My boys were great in the daycare today but little Jenna was in a timeout when I went to pick them up. She had dumped out a bucket of toys and refused to pick them up and then kicked at the bucket and picked up a car and threw it across the room. She is now the top leader of timeouts at the gym. Hopefully tomorrow she will have a better day. I think she was extra tired today because she fell asleep right when we got home.

Breakfast- Cornflakes and banana
lunch- Ham with 2 slices bread and one serving sun chips for 6 grams of fat.
snack-yogurt
supper-1 grilled cheese sandwich with sunchips.
Then I had a couple bites of icecream.

Back and joined the gym!

Its been a while since I wrote in here. I think I will make this my official exercise weightloss journal. My aunt and I joined the gym two weeks ago and are doing amazing. We have been hitting the gym 6 days a week and are feeling great. Today I have to do something a little different, my biggest loser dvd. My gym is closed today for Memorial Day. Boo Hoo! I miss it already. I will keep track of my eating here also. I have to head to work at 5:30 tonight so my goal is to not eat out of the snack machine or have a soda there.

Breakfast- Cornflakes with 1% milk
Snack-banana
Lunch-2 slices bread with ham and 100 calorie pack pudding.
Snack-1.5 serving size of Sun Chips with dip. Not great! I was so in the mood for them though and do not want to deprive myself or this will never work. I did eat a smaller portion though than I normally would have.
Supper-Ramen noodles with crackers and two tiny chocolates
Snack-A bottle of G2 Gatorade
